General provisions

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the acquisition and payment for goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.

1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays the required amount for the purchased goods.

Personal data protection

2.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of executing the order. The Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for the execution of the order for goods will be sent to the e-mail address or SMS message specified by the Buyer.

2.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State institution in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

Buyer's rights and obligations.

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

3.2 Provide complete, detailed and correct information to the Seller. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.

3.2. If the Buyer's data provided to the Seller changes, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller of this.

3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods, in accordance with the provisions set out in paragraph 8 of these rules.

3.4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Rules for the Purchase and Sale and is obliged to comply with them and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller's rights and obligations.

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy to the Buyer's personal information, and will not transfer it to third parties.

4.3. The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, may temporarily or completely terminate the website's operations without prior notice to the Buyer.

4.4. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.

Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.

5.1. The Buyer may place orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

5.2. Orders are accepted via the order forms available at www.my13wear.com: directly through the e-shop. In exceptional cases - by e-mail, personal messages on social networks. All prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT.

5.4. The buyer can pay for the goods:

5.4.1. directly through the e-store platform

5.4.2. in cash, upon prior agreement with the seller at the time of collection of the goods

5.4.3. by bank transfer from his bank

Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Payments are possible in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

5.5. The order begins to be prepared only upon receipt of payment for the goods. Most often, payments are made on Friday afternoon, and are credited only on Monday.

Delivery of goods.

6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.

6.3. The Goods are delivered to the Buyer using the services of "Lietuvos paštas" (registered mail, LP Express parcel machines), other parcel machines and courier services.

6.4. The preparation of the Goods for the Buyer begins within 1-2 days after payment.

6.5 In Lithuania, the goods are delivered within 3-5 business days. The delivery time of the goods abroad varies, please contact us personally for delivery terms. We send the goods to all countries of the world.

6.7. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for failure to meet the delivery terms of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in a damaged package, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity, or if the goods are incomplete.

6.8. The Buyer must e-mail the Seller photos of the damaged parcel and/or goods.

6.9. If the goods are returned to the Seller due to the Buyer's fault for an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the Seller without being collected from the parcel locker within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the Seller the costs of re-delivery, and if the goods were returned from the parcel locker or courier - to cover the costs of the Seller and the goods.
